In December 2003, Betfair becomes multilingual by launching services on its website in German, Danish, Greek, Italian language, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Chinese. Along with this Betfair signs a training effort with GamCare, a charity that promotes responsible thought patterns to playing. In September 2004, Betfair signed a MoU with the National Horseracing Authority of South Photography equipment. Betfair launched a new service called Betex and successfully moved 300, 000 customers to the new service.
